The block layout is based on a distribution of three or four apartments per floor, distributed on the ground floor and two floors. A system is defined, comprising two units that can be grouped into three block types, allowing for the defined number of apartments. All apartments offer terraces with sea views, achieving a balance between the façade and compactness to fill the interiors with light.

The layout of the blocks allows for interior flexibility in the design of the different dwellings and a streamlined interior and exterior construction systems. The cores address permeability on the ground floor, contributing to a better structure of the urbanized outdoor space and the private gardens of the ground-floor dwellings. Each dwelling features a large, unified common living-dining-kitchen area and a flexible room layout.

The project's outdoor spaces preserve the natural character of the surroundings, integrating activities that enhance the use of outdoor space while facilitating community life and intimacy between dwellings.
