The aim of this commission was to transform two offices into two dwellings, thus making compliance with habitability regulations the main conditioning factor of the project.

The project's strategy focuses on allowing natural light into the interior of the floor through open-plan spaces and large interior openings. The finishes and details seek to provide warmth while at the same time neutrality and timelessness, with order and a common language throughout the house.
