PROJECT FOR AULA SCHOOL'S PLAYGROUNDS, BARCELONA
The proposal is an architectural and landscaping response to the improvement needs of the school playgrounds, related to the configuration of spaces, general use, and environmental aspects.

Although the playgrounds have differentiated characteristics associated with the current use, the proposal seeks a common language that enhances the perception of continuity in the school's outdoor space and addresses the following general objectives:
· Bring nature closer to the recreation area, enhancing the relationship with the existing vegetation and blurring the built boundaries. It will be necessary to improve the conditions of the existing vegetation considering the anticipated drought periods and increase green infrastructure under the same criteria.
· The need to create shaded areas, either through tree planting or architectural elements, to mitigate the effects of high temperatures and provide more livable outdoor spaces.
· Increase permeability and reduce surface overheating due to the current asphalt, as much as possible, through the replacement of pavements or the creation of shade.
· Create non-stereotypical spaces that allow for different types of play and activities: quiet, dynamic, imaginative play, outdoor classrooms, and gathering spaces.
